Product Overview

The Virgin Polyester Melt Filter Cartridge (also known as polyester melt filter element or chemical fiber spinning filter cartridge) is a high-performance filtration element specifically designed for high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-viscosity polymer melt filtration. The primary filter media is manufactured from imported stainless steel sintered felt or stainless steel woven mesh, formed through pleating and welding processes. This design effectively overcomes the limitations of traditional wire mesh, including poor rigidity, easy deformation, and unstable filtration accuracy.

The sintered felt features a gradient pore structure that delivers excellent air permeability, high dirt-holding capacity, extended service life, and reliable filtration accuracy. Both end caps are constructed from stainless steel (304/316L) to ensure superior corrosion resistance. The cartridge is widely used for continuous filtration of polymer melts including polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyurethane, and nylon.
